Start your experience with a refreshing dip in our 20m pool, experience our Hydro pool which helps improves circulation, then make your way to our Thermal Suite where you can avail of the sauna/steam room and heated loungers. Once you have finished with your Thermal experience you can relax before your treatment in our delightful light relaxation room. Treatments Include:

• Bespoke Voya or Dermalogica taster facial

• Hot oil back neck shoulder massage

• Scalp and foot massage

• Detoxifying seaweed bath or dry floatation experience.

After this you will be taken to our dark relaxation room for some refreshments.
