Zenesse - what you can expect

The Zenesse chair is located in a private room within the spa. As you will remain dressed, we suggest you wear comfortable clothing such as jog pants and t-shirt. We also provide you with a set of goggles which provide differing light settings during the experience, aswell as earphones playing relaxing music. During the experience, the chair reclines to give you a sense of floating. It soothes, cradles and massages you delicately, but can also give you a deeper massage to stretch and strengthen your muscles. The massage techniques are modelled on both Swedish Massage and Japanese Shiatsu and work along your acupressure points in order to stimulate the flowing of your “Qi“ energy.
