If you have problems with the skin on your back, you should try our Gents Back Treatment which focuses on cleansing, skin exfoliation, back massage and masque therapy. This treatment is specifically designed to bring purity and balance to the skin on the back and at 45 minutes in duration, it’s ideal for men with a busy schedule.

Stretch your muscles with a few laps around the pool before enjoying a steam in our state of the art steam room and sauna. Visitors can also indulge in the rain shower, salt grotto, Rasul chamber, heated relaxation beds and light & dark relaxation rooms. *Please check availability for these services before you arrive as we have had to close our thermal suite due to Covid-19 restrictions
You can also enjoy a relaxing treatment in one of the six private treatment rooms like dry flotation, the perfect way to switch off your mind and allow your troubles to float away. You are enveloped, fully clothed, in a sleeve of warm water, submersed in the heat and floating peacefully while remaining dry. It’s ideal to help your body and mind to switch off while the water loosens tight and sore muscles. It’s a perfect no-touch treatment.
